Equinewatch is a system by which ad-hoc proximity is recorded and will provide continuous monitoring of location, behaviour and telemetry of animals. This highly visual systems alerts owners when unusual events such as isolation, agitation or temperature variation, etc. occurs.

Livestock (equine/bovine):
A version of Equinewatch may be adapted for use in a livestock control scenario where knowledge of co-location or proximity is required to monitor traditional threats such as foot and mouth and emerging threats of Bluetongue and West Nile Fever.

Additional data such as vaccinations, etc. may be written into the Equinewatch database. Additional sensors such as temperature data, etc. may be captured on an ongoing basis.
